Dawn’s Story

WELCOME TO MY NUT HOUSE… THIS IS ME IN A NUTSHELL

I’m Dawn – Navy veteran and Head Chief of my crazy family (Shhhh, we won’t tell hubby). I have a strong faith in God and I am lover of all things furry! I have struggled with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder for over half my life, but it’s my lifestyle changes, belief in God, and
awesome family and friends that get me through.

“My New Kind of Normal” was started not only to help me  make the positive life changes that make me  a better mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend than I was yesterday, but also to share about things I love and hold dear. . By implementing daily lifestyle changes, it can help you too.
